Public bug reported: Since upgrading to zesty I cannot use the toolbar in fullscreen mode. When I hover the mouse at the bottom of the screen the toolbar appears as expected but none of the menu items respond to clicking. When I move the mouse away the toolbar disappears as expected. When I switch out of full screen mode the toolbar works fine.
