I'm marking this as fixed since Zesty at the time of that comment had
8.2.1 and Ubuntu 16.10 had version 7 but now has version 8. Version 9 is
now a -proposed update for Ubuntu 16.10 so will probably be available in
16.10 in a couple weeks which should definitely have fixed this issue.
