FYI: I had the same result when trying to upgrade from Feisty to Gutsy (prerelease) on 3 different machines. Install would fail on a few packages after this one as well and then just hang. I had to close it and manually do sudo apt-get -f install and sudo apt-get dist-upgrade a few times to get the upgrade to work. The info I was posting was from my work machine, I'll see if I have that file there when I'm at work next.
