I still have systems that are completely locking up when a hyper-v
backup is taken even with kernel 4.4.0-77.  I'll attach the syslog from
one.  I also have systems that are not locking up but displaying things
like '[sdc] asking for cache data failed', '[sdc] assuming drive cache:
write through', 'Dev sdc unable to read RDB block 0'.  I believe sdc
would be the cdrom drive.

Attaching the log for the system that was unresponsive.  Backups start
around 5:00AM.  The system was unresponsive when I came in at 8:00AM.
