I had the same issue with different packages (namely texlive-related packages) during a distribution update from 16.10 to 17.04, resulting in an incomplete upgrade. After a couple hours of trying to fix the issues, I finally suspected Sophos, and disabling/enabling on-access scanning worked around the problem.
This bug is not only related to libreoffice-commons but to other packages as well, but unfortunately I didn't note what packages they were. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1454668 Title: Failed to upgrade/reinstall libreoffice-common To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apt/+bug/1454668/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
