With Ubuntu abandoning Unity, compiz-reloaded just starting their roadmap, and the future of the entire 0.9 branch uncertain, I have copied this code as of r4114 to https://github.com/lukefromdc/compiz so there is always available source for the build Debian packages I publish. I have made one change of my own to it: reset the default for the Glide2 animation to look like it did in the circa 2008 versions of compiz.
If you continue work on this branch, I plan to use it as well.
