Expected - An upgrade should be offered (e.g. http://i.imgur.com/hrtz0qT.png) Actual - Plasma discover and it's updater applet do not offer an upgrade to Zesty 17.04 Previously, as in Discover from Xenial 16.04 ( 5.6.2-1ubuntu1.1), this worked.
