I live in a totalitarian country and for me being able to use PPTP or
VPN is indispensible. As Microsoft has impressively demonstrated,
security is one of the top issues whe it comes to computer operating
systems and network connectivity, and it would be very hard to
understand if such issues would not enjoy priority at Ubuntu.

My NM VPN and PPTP plugins worked flawlessly under 7.04, and now in 7.10
they are broken. As long as they do not work, I have to go back to Mac
OS X.
