Thanks for taking your time to report this issue and help making Ubuntu better.
Starting with Ubuntu 16.10, the btrfs-progs package has been imported (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/btrfs-progs) and btrfs-tools is no longer availble. Effectively, the package has been renamed and I believe this issue can be marked as Fixed. Most likely this was automatically synced from Debian. I don't think the name-change will be backported to older releases. ** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #780081 http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=780081 ** Also affects: btrfs-tools (Debian) via http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=780081 Importance: Unknown Status: Unknown ** Also affects: btrfs-progs (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Changed in: btrfs-tools (Ubuntu) Status: New => Fix Released ** Changed in: btrfs-progs (Ubuntu) Status: New => Fix Released ** Tags added: packaging -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1677413 Title: It's better to rename it to btrfs-progs To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/btrfs-progs/+bug/1677413/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
