Starting with Ubuntu 16.10, the btrfs-progs package has been imported
(https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/btrfs-progs) and btrfs-tools is no
longer availble. Effectively, the package has been renamed and I believe
this issue can be marked as Fixed. Most likely this was automatically
synced from Debian. I don't think the name-change will be backported to
older releases.
