I also have the same problem. I am using the local calendar and one import of the Google calendar (via the ICAL private link).
I am running up-to-date Gutsy with KOrganizer 3.5.6 (enterprise 0.20070907.709405). When I remove the remote calendar, I don't see the error anymore. -- Could not rename partial file ...
