Public bug reported:

On zesty, 17.04, if I have a VM console window open and wish to use the
send-key menu option the menu drop down does not even appear. None of
the options: file, virtual-machine, view, send-key appear to work. I
click on them and no menu below will show up.

The menu options of the main virt-manger window work as expected.

I am running unity on a hidpi screen off my Lenovo X1 (gen3).
