This bug has now stopped me from installing Lubuntu 17.04 beta 2 and both Cinnamon and LXDE version of Linux Mint 16.10. I have not tried to change the partition settings manually, because that's too technical for me. The interesting thing is that Deepin 15.3 installed and booted with no issues.
