Hi,
when I turn the computer into snooze mode and restart it, all windows
that are not maximised show a coloured frame around the window (see the
attached screenshot). Sometimes this frame appears also white. This also
happens when I open a tab window in e.g. Firefox or in the upper
taskbar.
This behaviour is not shown for windows, when the window is maximised (however
when tab windows are opened, coloured frames are shown anyway).
The behaviour is not shown, when the computer is booted, but only when the
computer is returning from snooze mode.
