Occasionally, the following bug starts to manifest in Unity: when
pressing Alt+Tab, the switcher UI does not appear. Yet it behaves
correctly - I am able to switch between windows, it's just that the
switcher UI is not shown. I am not sure what exactly triggers this
issue; however when it's triggered, it's easy to reproduce. Apparently
Chromium is causing this since when I close Chromium (or switch to
another Workspace where Chromium window is not shown), the Switcher UI
appears normally. When I reopen Chromium, the issue manifests again.
The workaround is to log out and log back in. Then, the Switcher UI will
again start working with Chromium.
