Public bug reported: During certification testing on Power8NVL, the network tests for the Mellanox 40/56G network cards are failing. According to the failure pasted below, udev/dbus isn't detecting the network card properly, but NetworkManager is. My feeling is this might be an issue with UdevadmParser.
