Is there a convenient way to access the installer environment on a
preseeded install? I recall being able to ctrl-alt-f1, etc. in the past,
but I think that's restricted on more recent builds. I can put a delay
in the ubiquity success command to give myself the opportunity to get in
and grab the installer logs, but I'm not sure how to get in to do so.
