Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: totem

Hi...

The control where you can select the position in a video is not been released
after a mouse click.
That leads to the effect that you jump forward and backward in the video while
moving the mouse.

It's the same as if mouse1 is pressed - only that it's not.

Reproduction:

-pick the control with left mousebutton click
-move the control
-release button while moving

Usually I am able to reproduce this with first try - but it may take
some time to discover for other users.

Help:
-picking the control with left mouse button click may release the control
