We have hyperlinks in update-manager and gnome-app-install now (both run
as user).
For synaptic I do not plan to add them because synaptic runs as root and
the browser that is started from a hyperlink would start as root as
well. This is a security problem. When synaptic changes so that it does
not need to run as root anymore this bug can be reopened.
