Thanks. Since unity tweak tool is simply a frontend for manipulating
controls exposed by unity, I'm marking this for Unity.
If the settings take effect even temporarily they are expected to
persist, unless the user config is cleared from their `$HOME` or there
is some bug in gsettings handling somewhere.
