Public bug reported: I am now using the following raspberry pi3 software at:

The error message is as follows: ========================================================================== error: while creating user: cannot create user "xiaoguo....@canonical.com": Get https://login.ubuntu.com/api/keys/xiaoguo.liu%40canonical.com: net/http: request canceled while waiting for connection (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers) ========================================================================== I have tried different images (Nov, 3rd), and flashed many times.
