1.3.0 makes the situation just a tad better, as now cmake checks for the
architecture and boils out with a nicer error message in case of
non-x86:
CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:144 (message):
Unsupported target architecture 'armv7l'. No support_???.cpp file exists
for this architecture.
