If packages for those kernels are actually installed you can always
remove the packages manually (e.g. "sudo dpkg -r
linux-3.13.0-92-generic"). If the kernels aren't installed anymore you
might try running "sudo update-initramfs -d -k <version>" for each one
which is still trying to generate an initrd despite being removed, e.g.
"sudo update-initramfs -d -k 3.13.0-92-generic".
