Hello, After further testing, The line BusID has nothing to do with this issue. In fact, KDM, by default, doesn't restart the X server after you log out and drm doesn't like it.
TerminateServer Whether kdm should restart the local X-Server after session exit instead of resetting it. Use this if the X-Server leaks memory or crashes the system on reset attempts. The default is “false”.
