This is also happened to me recently, although I don't think this can be
considered a bug in any way.    The feedback you have got from the mount
command tells you what you need to know.

I simply rebooted into Windows and shutdown the computer cleanly; without using 
the restart button and the problem was resolved.  If you are using Windows, you 
should try this too and see if the problem is resolved for you too.
