Install qemu-user-static, then call pbuilder with '--debootstrap
qemu-debootstrap', e.g.
pbuilder create --architecture armhf --debootstrap qemu-debootstrap
qemu-debootstrap will do a two-staged debootstrap, with the needed qemu
user-static magic in the middle to run binaries in the foreign
achitecture.
