Public bug reported: Using Juju + LXD to deploy k8s locally, I hit an issue where the (CNAME->)A record for pypi.python.org was not being resolved from within the LXD container; it looks like the interaction between dnsmasq and systemd-resolve was the root cause; bypassing systemd-resolve resolves the issue.
