Same here, but with 2.6.22-14. I tried upgrading to gutsy (I changed feisty to gutsy in sources.list and run apt-get dist-upgrade) and it did not boot (I could use previous linux-image in grub, so I can boot and send the log). Log is very similar, but it cannot harm, if I put it here. I hope it is the correct place and enough info. CTRL+ALT+DELETE reboots the machine, and it responds to shift page-up/down.
