Sorry for my emotions. Here is xorg.conf, xorg.0.log and the most interesting - 
where You can see so many horrible mistakes - .xsession-errors. 
By the way, I solve my problem. Like this:
1. I install CompizConfig Settings Manager
2. Set there in "General Options/Display Settings/Output device" - 1024x768+0+0 
(640x480+0+0 was) and check off "Check output device".
3. Everything becomes normal, but until I try to stretch window longer than my 
two workspaces, in this way I can reproduce this bug (it is not a bug - it is 
like blister:-). 
4. I am thinking - this is something wrong with texture processing in my video 
card (memory to small). Compiz-Fusion works great!!!
Maybe my "HOWTO" will be useful.
