BTW The first workaround doesnt work anymore, but there is also third workaround. If anyone has the same issue then just go to your BIOS/UEFI settings and set Keyboard Power On or Mouse Power On or both to True, after that poweroff works perfectly. Of course, these options work as they should - computer goes on if you press keyboard key or mouse button.
