I have a Sony MDR 1000X, which is similar to the Bose. I have the same problem and tried the solutions people here mentionned (I had the same choppy streaming when forcing ControllerMode = bredr).
The only difference is that my headset «pairs» but there's no sound after it. I can send any output log that might be needed.
