Possibly, note that this package doesn't seem to have made it into Debian (note the 0ubuntu in the version number which means no Debian version). See also bug 1408071 and the corresponding Debian bug for more on the back story there. Looks like there's been some ongoing work to add it to Debian, and along the way the package was accepted into Ubuntu.
