The dmd 3rd-party package conflicts with Ubuntu's dub package, which is
a bug in the "dmd" package - please report this as a bug against dmd,
since they introduce this conflict.
Dmd should either conflict with the dub package, or not ship the dub
binary and depend on the dub package instead (which would be the better
approach).
