rbasak: Updated the initial post with SRU info, I will admit I don't
know enough about this package to know how to stress test it to be sure
there are no regressions in actual functionality, but I wanted to make
it so it would at least work instead of failing to build and be 100%
useless. Updating to the full stable point releases would be better.

+ lltng-modules in yakkety is not compatible with a 4.8 kernel and does not 
build at all. This was fixed with the 2.8.1 stable release update. I 
cherry-picked just what was required from 2.8.1 for 2.8.0 to build on a 4.8 
kernel in this SRU because there are other commits that aren't related to this 
problem.
