I installed the package resolvconf.
Now the command gives this:
"systemctl status resolvconf"

However, there is still something wrong with my network.
Certain web pages (mainly in Finland) do not work at all.
Now the link /etc/resolv.conf points to ../run/resolvconf/resolv.conf
