I confirm this bug. But I have to say one thing: I've commented -proposed repo, removed "subversion" using "sudo apt-get remove subversion", then sudo apt-get clean && sudo apt-get autoclean.
I've tried to install subversion, but i received an error, that refers to libsvn1, so I've reinstalled subversion using -proposed repo.
