Hi

I can confirm this:

Upon completing upgrade from Feisty to Gutsy RC 1, the kernel log filled
with the following.

Could freak some new users out if they are confronted with this on
install / upgrade (although it may not happen with a new install).

As Guenther stated, removing evms and dependencies (evms-ncurses in my
case) solved the problem (which I found via a ubuntu forums post on a
WinXP machine as my system was unusable)

log example, note the times.

Upgrading via Wiki specs

Hope this helps. The simple fix may be to remove evms on upgrade ??
