Of course no probem about re-categorizing, rather my mistake.

Generally, I rely on the most restrictive naming system that is the
Windows one : for filename, all characters are possible except \ / : * ?
" < > |

Why use Windows one ? To be able to export my files to any type of
system after (and, of course, because Windows it's the OS I use at work
;)).

I think this could be a good starting point concerning the allowable
symbol characters.
