Thanks for reporting. :) Build19 has already been packaged in Debian (https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/widelands) and automatically synced to Ubuntu Zesty (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/widelands). Unfortunately it has only made its way to -proposed, and from what I understand this seems to be due to glew (one of the dependencies) transitioning to version 2.0 (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/glew). I therefore believe that once the glew transition is completed, Widelands will migrate to the official archive as well. If this drags out, I'll investigate more.
With my upstream hat on: Also note that a PPA is available with build19 for most currently supported Ubuntu releases, see https://code.launchpad.net/~widelands-dev/+archive/ubuntu/widelands for details. ** Changed in: widelands (Ubuntu) Status: New => In Progress ** Tags added: upgrade-software-version -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1644524 Title: [new upstream] Widelands build 19 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/widelands/+bug/1644524/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
