Public bug reported:
After upgrading to 16.10, when i change viewports (Ctrl+Alt+arrow) the
wallpaper also slides, when it should be sticky.
I installed CCSM and checked the Desktop Wall plugin. In the Non Sliding
Windows setting i have "ype=Dock | type=Desktop | state=Sticky" which
should prevent this from happening.
