Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: thunderbird

"Download more dictionaries" link in Thunderbird preferences on
Thunderbird 2.0.0.6+nobinonly-0ubuntu1 on Gutsy is totally dummy. The
link is meant to take one to the Mozilla page: http://www.mozilla.com
/en-US/thunderbird/dictionaries.html and from there to download XPI
files that provide spellcheckers. The fact that those XPIs don't work
even after installing is a different bug -- bug 103003.

Please re-enable the link and fix the other bug too.
