Public bug reported:
All sounds are mute in Ubuntu - whether or not headphones are in, no
matter what I try to do in alsamixer, and no matter which program is
trying to output sound. This was not an issue in Edgy or Feisty. I don't
know much about the sound subsystem, so if there is anything I can
provide to help debug, please ask. Thanks!
