Public bug reported:
To reproduce install ubuntu mate 17.04 in a kvm vm with a qxl emulated graphics
card. ubuntu mate welcome says it does not detect the vendor of my graphics
then displays Sorry, Welcome was unable to automatically identify the graphics
vendor on this system and states Red hat paravirtual graphics card rev 04 and
then goes on to explain open source vs proprietary graphics.

Description: Ubuntu Zesty Zapus (development branch)
Release: 17.04
I expected to not get an error message saying graphics drivers were not
found when using a qxl paravirtualed card in kvm and then get told that
is what I am using on the next line in the error message. I got instead
that this was not considered by the autbhors of ubuntu-mate-welcome.
Also should I see if this is the case with cirrius emulated of the vga,
vmvga or xen modes of kvm?
