Hey there,
It's a known issue which I fixed a little while back.
The fix will be in the next stable release of LXD (2.0.6 and 2.6).
Until then, you'll have to recover from this by manually changing the value in
the database using:
sqlite3 /var/lib/lxd/lxd.db 'UPDATE containers_config SET value="512MB"
where value="512M";'
