Public bug reported:

When using the ubuntu-app-platform shared snap via cloud part to connect
to its content interface, it would be nice if one could propagate the
content interface definition from the cloud part. So instead of needing
to both:

plugs:
  platform:
    content: ubuntu-app-platform1
    default-provider: ubuntu-app-platform
    interface: content
    target: ubuntu-app-platform

+

apps:
  myapp:
    after: [desktop-ubuntu-app-platform]
    plugs: [platform]

One could only define the latter and plug definition would come from the
cloud part.

** Affects: snapcraft (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
