The atiusb driver ir migrated to the kernel. However, at least the new
0.9.4c version has the atlibusb userspace driver which usually is
preferred. And the atiusb kernel module can be accessed using the lirc
'default' driver.
However, the setup of 0.9.4 is very different, so the remarks here on
what's offered are more or less obsoleted by more recent updates. Unless
there is more input on this bug I'd recommend it's closed.
