The atiusb driver ir migrated to the kernel. However, at least the new 0.9.4c version has the atlibusb userspace driver which usually is preferred. And the atiusb kernel module can be accessed using the lirc 'default' driver.
However, the setup of 0.9.4 is very different, so the remarks here on what's offered are more or less obsoleted by more recent updates. Unless there is more input on this bug I'd recommend it's closed. ** Changed in: lirc (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/884875 Title: Lirc lacks atiusb driver but offers configuration for it To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lirc/+bug/884875/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
