Hi Alexander, It does indeed cause the same errors ("[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ firefox -safe-mode LoadPlugin: failed to initialize shared library /usr/lib/firefox/plugins/libflashplayer.so [/usr/lib/firefox/plugins/libflashplayer.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32] *** NSPlugin Wrapper *** ERROR: NPP_New() invoke: Message timeout LoadPlugin: failed to initialize shared library /usr/lib/firefox/plugins/libflashplayer.so [/usr/lib/firefox/plugins/libflashplayer.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32] *** NSPlugin Wrapper *** ERROR: NPP_New() invoke: Message timeout") when running in safemode.
When this happens (any time a page has flash embeded in it) Firefox hangs for maybe 30 seconds and then comes back to life. Also, the flash content obviously does not display. I've attatched firefox crash file. ** Attachment added: "_usr_lib_firefox_firefox-bin.1000.crash" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/9953515/_usr_lib_firefox_firefox-bin.1000.crash -- flash hangs firefox on gusty 64 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/151805 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
