The issue is that some libraries that already are installed from the amd64 architecture now also need to be installed from i386. For this they need to be of the exact same version. This is a hard system requirement, not a bug in any Wine packages.
It seems you need to manually take care of installing the same package versions from i386 as you have already installed from amd64. Try: $ sudo apt install -t yakkety-proposed wine or: $ sudo apt install -t yakkety-proposed wine32-development (or whatever Wine you want to install) Or try https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wine- development/+bug/1632787/comments/4 or https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wine- development/+bug/1632787/comments/3 ** Changed in: wine (Ubuntu) Status: Confirmed => Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1588256 Title: Make wine installation compatible with latest *-heimdal dependencies To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wine/+bug/1588256/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
