>From the log: Setting up ssh-import-id (5.5-0ubuntu1) ... Segmentation fault (core dumped)
That makes me scratching my head. ssh-import-id has no service or binary - it is all python. The only thing in postinst is a sed command. Should that have segfaulted? Please could you take a look at /var/crash if you have a crash file of the time of the install. If so what crashed - please consider reporting it to this bug with apport (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Apport) ** Changed in: ssh-import-id (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete ** Changed in: ssh-import-id (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => High -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1631543 Title: package ssh-import-id 5.5-0ubuntu1 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 139 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ssh-import-id/+bug/1631543/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
