As mentioned in the bug report above, the host configuration is:

Host:
iMac (27-inch, Late 2012)
Processor: 3.4GHz Intel Core i7
Memory: 32 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 675MX 1024 MB

And the memory configuration of the guest is:

System:
  Motherboard:
    Base Memory: 4096 MB

The host is running fine all the time, so it is not likely a hardware
problem on the host.

The error is repeatable every time if "NVMe" is used, and there is no
error if "NVMe" is not used in VirtualBox.

The installation is successful on a real machine with "NMVe" (U.2
drive). So, there must be some error in either Ubuntu or VirtualBox.
