The information must be wrong. It doesn't support WiFi ac nor it's just BT 
3.0+HS.

Windoze device manager recognizes it as a BT4.0 chip, too. 

Be it 3.0 or 4.0, the pairing feature is still broken. It used to work
on Ubuntu <13.10 with my BT4.0 LE device.
